RESERVATION POLICY:

All customers are asked to make an appointment, there are no exceptions. Please note that Redeeming Thyme is a home-based business.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All appointment cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the original appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $40-$60 last-minute cancellation fee depending on the nature of the appointment. If you would like to re-schedule, please include the desired date for the new appointment in your cancellation email, and we will respond with the dates available.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

Appointment cancellations are available until 24 hours before the original appointment. Customers who do not show up, or who fail to provide sufficient notice, will incur a $40-$60 last-minute cancellation fee depending on the nature of the appointment. If you would like to re-schedule, please include the desired date for the new appointment in your cancellation email, and we will respond with the dates available.

Please note that Redeeming Thyme is a home-based business. If you would like to book an appointment, feel free to do so here. Otherwise, we do not accept drop-ins.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Existing medical conditions and/or allergies must be disclosed prior to attending your first appointment. Failure to do so absolves all responsibility from Redeeming Thyme for any resulting adverse reaction due to this lack of disclosure.
